I only show you some of them and put them in Thai names...  There are a lot of herbs and spices to cook Thai food. I only show you main herbs and spices... Some of them are quite difficult to find in foreigner countries but I guess these days you can buy dried, right?  Not as good as fresh tho but better than nothing I guess.
